We actually have to prioritize a game changer in recruiting. Defense is important, but without a game changer at QB it doesn't matter. Need high ceiling guy, not just a game manager.

All the big plays that occur on 4th down against our defense are short passes against defense seeking out on the run. Our offense 4th down is always undersize RB up the gut or going for long ball with a QB that consistently has not be able to hit the long ball

OC didn't recruit anyone in the QB room. Not hitting open receivers isn't on the OC.
