To be clear Id rather have UST just for recruiting in TC with NCHC teams playing in TC. But makes we wonder what NCHC saw in UST that they didn't see in the other two.

that's insane. Karl was not ready to be a HC. 

I feel like there is more than that going on. Maybe Brad and Dane didn't see eye to eye and Karl was a Brad guy.

My three biggest takeaways tonight were:

1. Rickwood is so solid. What a sneaky big get for this team.

2. Wiebe has looked really good. He just keeps getting better.

3. The game was much more enjoyable when I had the commentators muted.

Small sample size of two games (plus exhibition) but Laurila can't be a healthy scratch next weekend.

Karl will always be one of my favorite players. He’s not a Head coach. Berry might have been filling his head with nonsense about one day being that guy. Welp.

According to the CHN boxscore and the dreaded xG metric, UST should have won this game 3.8-2.2.
Ha, I feel that UND had quite a few good scoring chances that Musser stopped...not sure I agree with that 2.2 stat.
