Someone bought all the local ABC air time in MN from 7-8 pm tonight (Thu Oct 2): KSTP, Duluth, Rochester and Fargo and Sioux Falls. 

It's a look at MSP.

Or is it a warning to Fargo and Grand Forks.

I live in the metro area.  It will be intersting to see this tonight and how people react.   FYI - the people in Fargo, Sioux Falls and Grand Forks should be watching very carefully.  There is a reason many kids are leaving the metro to go to school in these communities.
