I live in town and I didn't hear a siren. Crazy!!!! My thoughts and prayers are with my fellow Hawk Fans that were affected by the tornado.

I saw pics posted from my friends back in ND of the dust storm.
That happens in Phx too, they call them haboobs here.  Any decent windy day and you'll see the wall of dust/sand coming your way...it's pretty crazy watching it pick up everything from the desert and blow it all thru town.

In about a month, I'll desperately wish I could be living a GF summer rather than the Phx 110+ every day for like 120 days straight.  With "lows" in the upper 90s.  Brutal.

One more summer!  Then we're moving back to the midwest.  Can't wait.

The wind is ramping up again this morning for a second round of dust storms.  I like a nice pair of haboobs as much as the next guy, but this is getting ridiculous.

I get the oppressive heat but a guy can still do something outdoors. Only thing could do outdoors yesterday was chase my recycling bin and grill cover blowing down the street.

BTW the forecasted high next on Tuesday is 48. Bruh....WTF!

48?  That's optimistic.  Maybe at some point in the 24 hour period, but current guidance suggests around/sub 40 degrees during the day and the chance of some snow.  Lovely!

If by "doing something outdoors", you mean leaving the house at 5am or 9pm, then for sure.
Otherwise anywhere in the middle and you'll die out in that furnace if you want to do something active.
