Zakreski's going to need a spot in the line-up once he's ready, but then again, it's tough to change what's already working for a team; unless the staff decides to go 7 forwards to accommodate him. Tough decisions, because there's no dead weight with the current top-12 F.

Somebody is bound to get banged up this time of year. Especially if we play old time Sioux hockey, like last night.

This probably belongs in the memories thread, but have any of you tossed a hat trick hat on the ice at the Ralph?  Or had the chance but didn’t?

Yeah as a student  I did in 2011 Gregoire against Michigan Tech. I think they had a bag with all the hats after the game and I got it back?

Also threw one on the ice in 2016-2017 at the St. Cloud concrete jungle when Gersich got a natural hatty in a 3-0 win. Didn’t get my hat back for that one though :D

As my previous comments proved I was never a big fan of coach Berry but Jackson and his staff keep proving the change was correct , Jackson jumbling up the lines and making a goalie change , Berry would have just keep rolling his lines.

What if we tie western in points?

Then I think it comes down to head to head results for first tie breaker. If we tie WMU, it likely implies they won more points then us in head to head games

H2H will be skipped since UND and WMU only play one series. So it’ll be whoever has the most NCHC regulation wins and goes from there.

If we tie in points, aren’t we considered co-conference champions, with the tiebreaker just used to determine seeding?

2021-22, for example, with us and DU.

Miami's goalie didn't make the Mike Richter award finalist list, but should have. Based on this weekend he should win it.

And he’s been playing like that for over a month.

Yes, that’s correct

Words that were rarely said in February during BB tenure.

I would guess that 5 of those 10 seasons we were a lock to make the tournament in February.
