Regarding fish bowls vs bird cages: 

Last I remember is as others have: C. Sanderson in '16. 

Each has pros and cons. 

I don't understand the "all bird cage" rule of late and I'm glad to see player preference return.

Why does anyone except the players care about it?

The one advantage of the birdcage is a better likelihood an opposing player grabs it which is a major

Look at who arrived in summer of 2018. That's why there were no more bubbles.
