Will this be like Bubba finally knocking off NDSU and then basically mailing in the season after?  Or, will this be a springboard to better hockey?

Anybody's guess...we have been consistently inconsistent this season.  Love to see the guys get hot and go on a run. (at the end of the day)

The Western series looms large we need to sweep it I would guess to feel good about our playoff chances

Hopefully we take care of business against Duluth next weekend and Western sweeps Arizona State to come close to wrapping up the NCHC title.  Too bad they didn’t beat Omaha in regulation last night, then they probably could have wrapped it up.  Don’t want them to be playing for the title at home against us, but need Arizona State to stumble in their last 4 games against Western and Omaha, or have Omaha stumble to help us have other outs, as Denver has an easier schedule.

Hopefully just Harris.  ;)

Yeah, I thought Copponi was the biggest douche on DU but Harris is really making a push.

Duluth going to be a little tougher this time around.  Hope we can duplicate tonight's effort during that series.

Western Michigan sweeps Arizona State the Penrose would be in K-Zoo the next weekend. 5 points separate them with 4 games left for Arizona State.

I can guarantee you your letter didn't accomplish anything.

I agree.  Thankfully it is getting noticed.  Also watch games out of conference and you will see a lot of similar behavior.

Actually they would wrap it up with a sweep, or win and 2 points, so the Penrose could be in Arizona next weekend.  Would be nice for them to have the Penrose hangover going into our weekend with them.

I can only think of it being presented on the road was UND at Miami

This was a game in which they actually looked to have "an identity".  Too bad so many games this season have had them looking unprepared and lost.

It's sad when you are watching a road game, and the announcers say multiple times that your team's only chance to make the playoffs is to win the conference tournament.  This was a gritty win, but the old "too little, too late" is certainly hanging over them.

Didn’t UND get it in Omaha?

Who knows, they may still have to play Denver in the first round.

Yes we did. 2022 I believe.

Was that the year Denver tied us for the title the next night, and got the top seed?

Are you suggesting they can take 2 of 3 from DU in that match up??

We would need TJ to play the two games of his life.

Good things happen when you play strong net front hockey. That had been missing all year. TJ played well but he had open sight lanes all night. On the offensive end strong net front hockey got us a goal from Strinden. Watch the films over and over, boys.

B-Rad has a plan, his jekyl/hyde culture is by design.  Lose enough to avoid the hated Penrose....  win enough for first round home games (you know, for the franklins).   Playoffs and B-Rad will break out the Nodak sweaters and run to #9.  He probably reads these forums on Sunday morning with his coffee and a grin.

I’d really be surprised if he read any of the content here.
