Wilkie tried that chip around play a number of times and it just does doesn't work on NCHC level defenseman.  Probably worked at RIT, but just no chance here.  Just chip it deep man we're killing.

Kunz is wasting the talent of Berg and James. Wilkie wasting the talent of Boisvert. We have 2 of our slowest and most disappointing forwards playing in the top 6 with some of our best talent. It’s beyond unreal. But they will think: “hey, we have a lead going into the 3rd, so keeping our top lines impotent is a great idea”.

I know jammer took an early penalty, but his motor is running hard and he’d bring a lot more to that line than Kunz. More speed and more drive.

Erik Fabian and Travis Zajac each with 2 goals.

From late in the second and in the 3rd period we would dump the puck  and the Gopher defenseman were like "no mas, just take it, I don't want to get hit again"

The Tigers look like they are out of gas.

My sister was on their flight from DEN > FAR and she said that almost all of them were coughing up a storm.  Just anecdotal, but maybe it's caught up with them.
