brianvf Posted February 9 Posted February 9 Offensive zone penalty too...the best kind! And then Wilkie can't connect on the SH breakaway. Nice. Quote
Esoteric Posted February 9 Posted February 9 Wished TV would have shown a repeat of the slash penalty. Quote
Esoteric Posted February 9 Posted February 9 Seems like we have more James’ on the ice tonight. Quote
Wilbur Posted February 9 Author Posted February 9 Wilkie tried that chip around play a number of times and it just does doesn't work on NCHC level defenseman. Probably worked at RIT, but just no chance here. Just chip it deep man we're killing. Quote
fightingsioux4life Posted February 9 Posted February 9 I cannot remember a time before now when there was zero excitement surrounding the program. Edit: Actually, I can remember. It was from 1991 to 1994. I really don't want to repeat that. 1 Quote
90siouxfan Posted February 9 Posted February 9 broadcast totally ignore the penalty or did I fall asleep? Quote
Esoteric Posted February 9 Posted February 9 People getting in front of the UND defended net. UND puts them down. About time! Quote
brianvf Posted February 9 Posted February 9 Couple of nice kills, but can't keep going down that path. Boisvert making friends with the CC bench before intermission. Quote
Frozen4sioux Posted February 9 Posted February 9 So was that the 20 mins OFF or part of the 40 mins of ON for the night? Quote

siouxweet Posted February 9 Posted February 9 These are two not very good teams on the ice tonight. Quote
cowboys5xsbs Posted February 9 Posted February 9 1-0 after 2 a lead big enough to choke away again Quote
hockeytherapy13 Posted February 9 Posted February 9 Kunz is wasting the talent of Berg and James. Wilkie wasting the talent of Boisvert. We have 2 of our slowest and most disappointing forwards playing in the top 6 with some of our best talent. It’s beyond unreal. But they will think: “hey, we have a lead going into the 3rd, so keeping our top lines impotent is a great idea”. 2 Quote
hockeytherapy13 Posted February 9 Posted February 9 And don’t forget, they’re both regulars on the power play. Brilliant Quote

I know jammer took an early penalty, but his motor is running hard and he’d bring a lot more to that line than Kunz. More speed and more drive. Quote

fightingsioux4life Posted February 9 Posted February 9 2-0 UND The Tigers look like they are out of gas. 1 Quote

My sister was on their flight from DEN > FAR and she said that almost all of them were coughing up a storm. Just anecdotal, but maybe it's caught up with them. 2 Quote
