I’m hearing rumors of scouts headed to watch AIC games over the next few weeks…

Unfortunately, I can't tell if you're joking.

We know this team has talent, to be drafted and how they play in juniors they come here and Berry turns them into average players. Why would players want to play for him. Come on Berry do the right thing and step down and seasons end.

So Berry says Jammer is unavailable ,wtf is that? Is he injured , called out the coach or what makes you “unavailable”

Maybe he told coach that the guys want to rally around Hobie and Coach wouldn’t hear it. I’m sure that’s not what happened but man that would be something

Jake Livanavage played 31:08 last night. I don't recall a higher total for a UND player since the 5 OT game in March 2021.

Dang that's a pile of minutes for Jake.
Hey guys, maybe get the win tonight?  In regulation??

They shouldn't and any recruit should decomit as long as he is coach.

Hobie should be in the net, but none of the goals were on TJ last night.  First goal was a 2-1 on a bad play on the blue line.  2nd one Sacha with a terrible turnover and hes trying to make himself big (goalie world term) because that guy had all the time and space in the world.  I wouldn't have tried that, but Sacha can't be the last man and turn it over.  Third goal our fearless leader puts the 3rd line out and we lose a guy at net front and he made an outstanding tip.

Again, Hobie should still be in the net.  Ride it out with him.

On another front, can anyone associated with the GOBC tell me what's going on with #27?

Good analysis- sometimes the other team makes good offensive plays/shots. I have best friend who played defense for NDak decades ago, who I go to or watch games occasionally and still coaches. He is not impressed with the defenseman progress at all. I wonder if Simpson is ready to coach at this level with no experience. He may turn out to be a great coach down the road. Coaching like any profession usually improves with experience. He may even be head coach material in a few years, but I think his inexperience along with defenseman’s inexperience is what is the main issue this year. Keep waiting for the light bulb to turn on for freshman but this generally not a league for freshman D to flourish

Just doing a little math here. A win tonight gives us a 5 point weekend and shoves us all the way up to 25 in the PW. This would put our odds up to about 1 in 30 of making the national tournament. On another note it's looking very likely we end up playing Denver in the first round of the NCHC playoffs, meaning we lose to them 6 times in a season. Has any team had that honor before?

Not saying it’s likely at all, but somehow the young d start figuring it out. It’s possible to host(we are in 4th currently) and get to league tournament. The league as a whole is not good this year with exception of Western Michigan. (No idea what’s going on in Denver).

I think UNO slips down a bit, they have a rough schedule the rest of the way. I wouldn’t be surprised with a UNO/UND first round. Your guess as to who will be hosting that series.

UND hosts UNO last series of regular season
