Passing one?  If so, some movement/exertion is good.    It'll still hurt like hell, though.   If it's a big or sharp stone, you probably have pain killers.    A Sioux sweep would kill all your pain.

It's too big to pass. I am having it surgically removed next Friday (November 1st). I cannot wait.

As for a Sioux sweep, I will gladly settle for a split vs. a Top 5 team at home.

Hope it goes well.  I had a 12mm stone surgically removed two months ago.   Surgery was fine--still had to pass fragments for a couple of days.   Good luck, FS4L.
