SiouxFan100 Posted January 6, 2025 Posted January 6, 2025 Reminds me of UND - giving up late scores. We always left enough time -frustrating Quote

Wilbur Posted January 6, 2025 Author Posted January 6, 2025 Getting the ball down 4 to start the third. Things could be worse. Just feels like a game they are going to do everything in their power to lose. Quote

Kab Posted January 6, 2025 Posted January 6, 2025 Coaching for Vikings sucks tonight Qb does too has no time back there Vikings being Vikings Quote
SiouxFanatic Posted January 6, 2025 Posted January 6, 2025 Hey, at least we can’t be disappointed. We are used to the Vikings choking in important games. This team will lose to f’n Rams again if this version of Darnold shows up. Quote
Wilbur Posted January 6, 2025 Author Posted January 6, 2025 I'm okay with it ending next week. 14-4 this season? Nobody had them winning that many games. I'm not surprised they got nuked, just reaffirms that they aren't a real super bowl contender. Detroit is a good football team. I think they break through this year. Quote
Wilbur Posted January 6, 2025 Author Posted January 6, 2025 KOC now gets to answer questions about his offense getting slapped around by a depleted defense who had given up points aplenty the past few weeks. Collinsworth had a good time pointing out the flawed approach and lack of adjustments. I think Flores defense played alright, but Ben Johnson will get a head coaching gig before he does. Quote
rochsioux Posted January 6, 2025 Posted January 6, 2025 I would be very hesitant to sign Darnold to an extension. Going to cost too much and I’m not sure he is the long term answer. Even tagging him for one year will be costly and the Vikings have a lot of other needs to take care of. This is a pretty old roster and they have very few drafts picks next year. They have done a terrible job drafting the last number of years now. Let’s see how the playoffs go but I have a feeling they are one and done. If Darnold can get a few playoff wins I might be convinced to franchise tag him but I have concerns about how long he holds the ball and that too many of his throws are high, just think his accuracy is not quite where it needs to be. About time to admit, he is coming Realize that he will be the solution for next year when the kid ain't ready Other options aren't worth the tag Don't think destiny can be rejected. Gentleman the predetermined legacy can not be denied Quote

The Sicatoka Posted January 6, 2025 Posted January 6, 2025 Darnold wilted when it was time to bloom. Quote
SiouxFan100 Posted January 6, 2025 Posted January 6, 2025 Vikings had a great year so far. I enjoyed the ride. Along with everyone else was just waiting for when it would unravel. They now have a harder road but all is not lost. Let’s go Vikes and make this year really special! Quote
The Sicatoka Posted January 6, 2025 Posted January 6, 2025 Cheer for WAS and GB so MIN can get a home game? Quote

Spread them out, run some jet sweep, direct snap to the RB, quick pitch inside to a TE in motion. Darnold couldn't hit water from a boat and his play calling sucked. Quote
