People are focusing on Larson refuting a Robbins claim ("trusted program staff member" vs "student-athlete"). 

What we're not seeing is that Larson all but affirmed a different portion of what Robbins claims ("student-athlete", "throughout the locker room" full of student-athletes). 

So, whatever it is (and we don't definitively know what "it" is yet), at minimum Larson's student-athletes have "it" by his word. That would seem to make Robbins' second claim plausible.

There have been over 500 plus testings over the last 7..8 years and only 1 got pinched. The stats are not on their side.

Elevated caffeine levels will get you busted as crappy as it sounds.

Well reading UND’s public statement of this in 2011 puts NDJuiceU’s statement late in 2017 in question. Publicly acknowledging this.... reporting being disappointed... cooperating with authorities.... none of this was mentioned by NDJuiceU....BUT.....disputing statements.... blaming....and nothing about cooperating with an investigation not to mention the timelines of statements and actual dates of the incident. BIG DIFFERENCE

The two scenarios are hugely different. You also need to learn how schools and the media and law enforcement handle illegal drugs versus caffeine.

How many internal tests were taken and failed? And how do we know there weren't other NDSU players that failed NCAA tests?

We don't have official statement from a source that would have first-hand knowledge (meaning NDSU, Robbins, or the NCAA). 

Short of that official word we have only claims and hearsay (no matter what one may choose to believe).

They are not different... substances may be different but the issue is a positive test.

Sir, trust me I know a LOT about the media and law enforcement... that is how I recognize the subtle differences. Your institution did not act in an ethical manner; you use tax payer money and the public expects better. Of course, in today’s media climate I say that tongue in cheek. I would probably give some minimal wiggle room with the media. Anyone who deals wirh the media about something like this puts statements in writing. Can’t remember if the paper reported it as such. Seems to me it was a press conference AFTER the game.
