Usually, if anything, the refs seem to blow the whistle too fast or blow it cus they lose sight of the puck even though one sometimes can see it even from the stands.

I think of the JR's and Sophs, the two Euros are the most disappointing. They look good on paper, but not really contributing on the score sheet.
