Cratter Posted March 24, 2019 Posted March 24, 2019 If St. Cloud wins this game, Basically has a bye the first game of the NCAA tournament and win only have to win one game to advance to the Frozen Four. Quote

burd Posted March 24, 2019 Posted March 24, 2019 So UMinn, UMich, UW, BC, BU, and UND all out of the tourney. When, if ever? Quote

ChrisUND1 Posted March 24, 2019 Posted March 24, 2019 Turned on nchc to check score during basketball break. Very impressed with the crowd! Very little green, lots of red and maroon and yellow. NCHC did just fine without UND at this tournament. 2 Quote

The tourney may have survived compared to the others around the country but no where near the numbers when UND was in it. I would hope a Duluth/St Cloud championship game would be well attended as their towns are both less than.2 hours away with a huge number of local alumni. UND better get their act together and sell more tickets for the NCHC next year. Quote

I’m sorry, but lackluster attendance can’t be blamed on North Dakota fans not driving 4-5 hours to watch their bitter rivals play hockey. This year’s attendance (or lack thereof) is on UMD and St Cloud State. Quote
sprig Posted March 24, 2019 Posted March 24, 2019 Looks like only one autobid will bump a team from the tournament. AIC bumps 16 Penn State. Big difference from last year 1 Quote
