I'll take a leap and guess there's city infrastructure (street/water/sewer) to support it. Quote
Kab Posted June 20, 2023 Posted June 20, 2023 I guess GF is keeping with the governors ask to build up and not out because of the cost of infrastructure seems like there is a lot of room to expand around the alerus , don’t know what they will do with that farmstead that is directly south of the Alerus Quote

SIOUXFAN97 Posted June 20, 2023 Posted June 20, 2023 call me dumb but if there is demand for six or seven hotels around the alerus why didn't CANAD just build a 20 or 30 story hotel and grab all the demand/customers? Quote

Cratter Posted July 5, 2023 Author Posted July 5, 2023 I see New York's fireworks show on NBC is downtown on the river and not a cornfield on the edge of town. 1 Quote

Cratter Posted July 7, 2023 Author Posted July 7, 2023 I bet a lot of people would love to rent a boat/pontoon from there. If you ever been to Itasca State Park. They have a similar rental shop that is always busy. The proposed $300+ million gf sales tax, they should take some and build a real building and rent stuff year round. Quote
