UND Fan
We sure aren't playing well - nor very smart. Not looking good as time is running down!
Rebel_Sioux
I wonder if our co-champion status auto-qualifies us for the WNIT Edited March 9, 2017 by Rebel_Sioux Game ended
CMSioux
Too many missed free throws. sometimes playing that first games is an advantage.
Cratter
The men are going to have the same issue. No sneaking up on teams in the postseason. Everyone will be gunning for you.
darell1976
Tough loss. Had a chance to tie it at the end. Still a good season for Coach Brewster and the Fighting Hawks.
Risky
Too bad they missed 4 straight free throws towards the end. Probably there poorest game of the year.
Nodak78
Free throws and turnovers. I hope this team gets a chance at the WNIT.
CMSioux
Aren't there other post season options if WNIT doesn't come through? I'm hoping this lights a fire under the men's team to come out swinging.

the green team
Tough one tonight. Could be an interesting battle between this years Portland State sophmore class and UND's sophmores for the next couple of years. Looking at the 5 year run in the Big Sky tournament is interesting. Year 1: Didn't qualify for 8 team field Year 2: Took care of business at home Year 3: Lost as the 6 seed in only game of tournament to 3 seed N. Colorado Year 4: Upset by 9 seed Idaho State in Semis Year 5: Upset by 7 seed Portland State in Quarters. Reno has been tough on UND. crb1
Good season but very disappointing end. Good luck in whatever tournament you get into. I guess there is always next year.
CMSioux
so based on conversations in other threads some would say this season was a failure. Not my opinion.. I would love to see us host an NIT game.

I would love to see us host an NIT game. The season is not a failure and I like where the program is headed. That being said, the fact people are disappointed in anything less than a trip to the NCAA tournament is proof that the expectations are where they should be for this program. The opposite of love is NOT hate, but apathy.
