My guess is that person's quote (and thought process) carries some weight in the decision making process....just saying. It's a good thing he speaks for ONE of the "stakeholders" only? And to be honest, I'd want the same from Sisseton-Wahpeton because they (not SL and SR) have the casino on I-29 at the SD border so they too have tribal land in ND. But then you worry about the next tribal council "unbinding". Sorry, even if they gave such approval, I'm not sure I'd use it. Using it would make UND vulnerable to the winds and whims of tribal politics, aka the tribe's 6itch. Go from being the NCAA's to the tribe's, ... I'll pass.
