SWSiouxMN Posted March 15, 2013 Author Posted March 15, 2013 Bench is being emptied. WE WANT WEBER!!!!! Quote
SWSiouxMN Posted March 15, 2013 Author Posted March 15, 2013 UND 69 SUU 52 FINAL! UND plays Weber tomorrow night! Quote
jdub27 Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 Mitch Wilmer was the MVP of that game and not sure it was close. Hitting the open corner 3's when SUU switched to the zone was the big difference. Once those started falling it was over. Quote
bincitysioux Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 Nice way to head into the semis. One of the better 20 minutes we have played all year. Play like that against Weber and they will do just fine. Quote
bincitysioux Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 Huff had 15 pts and 7 rebounds but Wilmer was even better with 11 points and 14 rebounds. Quote
bincitysioux Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 5 players in double figures tonight..... Quote
andtheHomeoftheSIOUX!! Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 I'm not even a basketball guy, but this is exciting. Go Sioux!! Quote

bincitysioux Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 Well, as of tonight, North Dakota joins Weber St. and Montana as the only Big Sky schools with winning records. Knocking off Weber tomorrow would guarantee a winning season..... Quote
sioux24/7 Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 Think they will have the game on in the concourse at the hockey game tomorrow night? Quote
WILDCAT Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 Congrats on the win, gonna be a great semi-final game tomorrow. Quote
UNDColorado Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 Great win tonight! If we play a full 40 minutes against Weber like we played in the second half it could go either way tomorrow night. Roll Tribe! 1 Quote
UND92,96 Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 I think tonight was what many of us expected UND to be this year, before all the injuries took their toll. I'm just glad the team finally got healthy at the right time. Whatever happens tomorrow, at least we'll actually get to see whether UND can compete with one of the two best Big Sky programs when at close to full strength. 1 Quote
Hambone Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 Did Brekke not play? Is he out for the year? Quote
SWSiouxMN Posted March 15, 2013 Author Posted March 15, 2013 Did Brekke not play? Is he out for the year? He did, didn't get a whole lot of time. In 11 minutes however he did grab down 6 boards. Quote
Hambone Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 He did, didn't get a whole lot of time. In 11 minutes however he did grab down 6 boards. I was unable to watch or listen and didn't remember seeing him in the thread here - thanks for the reply. Quote
sioux2013 Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 Brekke played with one shot and around 6 rebounds. Tonight in the 2nd half we penetrated and found our shooters and our shooters connected. We must continue to do this tomorrow and if our shooters hit then it can be close. Weber is a great team with so much size but now we are in a one game scenerio where anything can happen. Way to go Sioux. Quote
FSSD Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 Great game - looking forward to tomorrow's game.. Quote
SWSiouxMN Posted March 15, 2013 Author Posted March 15, 2013 Not only did Schuler connected on some big shots in the 2nd half, but so did Antwi and he had himself a nice game as well. Quote
1ProudFan Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 Not only did Schuler connected on some big shots in the 2nd half, but so did Antwi and he had himself a nice game as well. It happened because we had guys making the extra pass...I love a cheerful passer!! Quote

siouxfan512 Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 Huff had 15 pts and 7 rebounds but Wilmer was even better with 11 points and 14 rebounds. Willmer had a great game. His reverse layup, where it looked like he was falling out of bounds was stellar! Quote
siouxfan512 Posted March 15, 2013 Posted March 15, 2013 Win or lose we need to celebrate our TEAM! Agreed, but lets just make it easy and WIN!!! Roll Tribe! 1 Quote
