I am not making light of this. Just curious, does Bettman have early stages of Parkinson’s, he is shaking like a leaf. If so I didn’t know, that’s a nasty disease.

He’s had tremors for a many years now but he hasn’t ever confirmed it.

Haven’t noticed it, Melrose was really bad the year before he stopped working for ESPN

10 first round picks.  Are there going to be enough pucks to go around or fill different roles?  You definitely better stay out of the box against them though.  I still am not convinced they will steamroll, as I think Minnesota and Wisconsin will be competitive.  They should both be favored to be 1 & 2 though.  How many guys did Schlossman say they had over 6’5?  Maybe they won’t be quite as fast, or take a lot of high hit penalties.

Tell you right now, MSU won’t win the natty next year. I don’t see it.

MSU has a lot of players who are used to top line pairs, PP time and other things like that but very few of them will get that. Can some of these young men handle not being the focus of the team? Could have locker room issues is they can’t

Schlossman said Bleyl isn’t scheduled to come in until 2027, so it will be 9 first round picks.

Out of the 53 CHL players invited to the draft combine, Cooper Williams is only one of four that have yet to be selected.  His teammate and CC recruit Zach Olsen went long ago.  I think compete level has something to do with that, because the skill is obviously there.  Wonder how Williams did in the combine. Craig Button had Williams at #31 in his last draft ranking.

I like a recruit who feels like the world slighted him, and he has something to prove. 🙂

So, eight eligible recruits. 3 in the first. One each in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th, and two in the 5th. That works.
