AZSIOUX
Almost 120 minutes of good hockey in Duluth but almost doesn't get you 4 points. Beat those damn BADgers and move up that WCHA ladder! oh.........and lets see some dead Badgers on the ice Sioux fans!! WCHA STANDINGS Overall Record: 9-5-2 (.625) WCHA: 6-5-1, 13 points Home: 5-1-
xI Hammer Ix
Should be a great series. The fact that it's at home makes 4 points more obtainable. Two big statement games to get December rolling.
siouxweet
4 points are only atainable if we continue to win on fridays and learn how not to give up a two goal lead on a saturday. that being said I'm still in a bad mood about last night. so I see a split. The Sicatoka
Looks like Friday's game will be on NHL Network. And Saturday NHL Network will be carrying Womens Hockey: Canada v. USA. Seems the prime-time "L" in NHL Network this weekend will stand for "Lamoureux".

sioux rube
Hopefully VandeVelde will be ready to go by friday.Having your 2 captains out for this series will not be good and I'm almost 100% positive Chay won't play.I hate to say it but I see another split with the same trend happeneing, win on friday and lose on saturday. The Sicatoka
I know this is stealing the concept from another site, but I like it: + = Bucki is a skunk in a popcorn box.

UND is going to have to play a complete game to beat the Badgers. No more sitting on leads. I think the Badgers are a better team than they are given credit for being. Goon
Clarify...us or them?? I assume you mean UW, which I would agree with. Sorry about that, I mean the Badgers, I fixed my post. If UND doesn't play solid hockey for 60 minutes this weekend Bucky will bury them. I think a split or three points is a good result this weekend. They just pick up the FSSN feed. The NHL Network is not going to send out crews to college hockey sites because it isn't worth the costs they would incur. And as has been discussed before, HD cameras are very expensive so FSSN will not be going to HD for a while.

Big A HG
Haven't seen much live action of the Badgers this year despite being in the Sconnie Nation, but Eids is going to have to stand on his head. I think this is a great test-run of playoff conditions for everyone.
Big A HG
Here are some vids to get amped up for the game. Faison & Co. should bring earmuffs for this weekend.

brianvf
i like eaves I like him as well, but mainly for the reason that he will eventually drive UW down the toilet with his over-recruiting antics. How many decommits can UW have before future recruits start looking elsewhere? It doesn't help that he passes out scholarship offers like "vendors" pass out hooker ads on the Vegas strip. It isn't until later that he realizes that he has 48 players on the roster...then he starts cutting. This will bite him in the ars eventually. siouxhockeygirl14
This may be a bit off topic. But I'm watching NHL Live right now and Paul Kelly who is the Executive Director of College Hockey Inc. is on and they asked him who are the 3 top programs in college hockey. His repsonse was that North Dakota has the best program and after that and it's hard to find 2 others that are just as good. But he did ramble off some other good programs like some of the schools out east,Denver,Minnesota, and what not. He's from Boston too which makes it even better. duluthSioux
Maybe I'm wrong cuz I'm just basing this in the Badgers record, but I think this is gonna be a tough series for the Sioux. They need to keep the pressure on BOTH nights and keep their heads in the game no matter what the score is. No more soft 3rd periods. burd
This is a very good Badger team and getting better. I was at a golf fundraiser this summer with Eaves, and he was really pumped about the talent and chemistry on this team. More than the usual sales pitch. Sweeping this weekend will be very tough, but it would sure be sweet. Sweeping might get some Mojo back too.
