RedFrog Posted March 30, 2008 Posted March 30, 2008 I cannot get the game on my VLC. It worked just fine yesterday....anyone know whats up? I get the "unable to connect to.." error.. I'm not having any problems with it. It is streaming good and clipping along at about 92%, I was at 60% last night during the ND/MSU game and it wasn't even watchable. I think I'm still going to Proz to watch the game, just in case the Sioux faithful overrun the server. Here is the link to the forums where the source is coming from. MyP2P Forum Quote

I just downloaded this to my computer that is hooked up to my bigscreen. It is a little grainy though. Is there anyway to clean it up using the controls on the media player? Also, did anyone else lose connection last night. I didn't have it and if I am going to lose it right before or during the game I am going to the bar right now!!! Quote

SiouxFanInBoston Posted March 22, 2009 Posted March 22, 2009 For those without ESPNU here is a way to watch ESPNU on your pc: You need to have both the VLC media player and Sopcast installed http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ http://www.sopcast.org/ Once you have both programs installed: Open this sopcast stream: sop://broker.sopcast.com:3912/22668 (can do this in a new browser [at least on firefox] by copy and pasting in the html bar) Once you have a solid sopcast connection, open the VLC media player and go to File/Open Network Stream Go to the network tab and enter http:// 127.0.0.1:8902 (without the space after http://) in the HTTP/HTTPS/FTP/MMS field Click OK Do not close sopcast once the feed starts in VLC.
