gang green
If you could pick one fantasy line from past and present Sioux who would your line up be? How about Craig Ludwig and Howard Walker on D and Tony Hrcas, Jonny Taves, and Jim Archibald at forwards and Jon Casey in the nets.
Big A HG
Oshie-Duncan-Toews Ludwig-Greene Goehring Simple as that!

hrkac
Here's my team that would change on the fly, inlcuding goalies 1st line: Sykes-Hrkac-Bochenski Patrick- Baron Belfour 2nd line: Smail-jeff Panzer-Joyce Ludwig- Roche Goehring 3rd line: G.johnson-Toews-Oshie Sandelin-Ian Kidd Jon Casey 4th Line: "Blood Line" Archibald-Desyshyn-Prpich Greene-Commodore Iwabuchi
Big A HG
It's hard to go wrong with who you pick, but I would never separate Joyce and Hrkac. Of all the duos in Sioux history, in my opinion, that was probably the best in terms of totaly teamwork between each other. But, what do I know...hehe. Conan's on! tnt
I'll make a case for Troy Murray on the first line. Other than Hrkac, how many players had 140+ points in their first two years, and Hrkac's years weren't consecutive. Not only that, but he was a great NHL forward that could play defense, having won the Selke award.

siouxcrew87
I can't believe I forgot about Panzer in mine...I sort of feel like a failure for that. Maybe substitute him in for Duncan, but that's tough. Way too many great players in UND hockey history!

burd
I know this is supposed to be just about a "fantasy line," but . . . If you have more than one line, you should pair the pure scorers with great set-up guys. For example, G Johnson/Dixon Ward; Hrkac/Joyce; Parise/Bo; Toews/Ohsie. Blake and Panzer need to be there too, not necessarily together. The PP needs Roche paired with a stay-at-home guy like D Hale. Hard choice between the Eagle and Karl in net. I would let a younger Gino coach them. Put them in the old Ralph and pit them against a team with a rodent mascot (red or gold), and let some of the old-timers like Farce P smuggle the dead animals in. Bring back Frenchy's for the pregame. Would make for a fun evening.

UND85
Just reading those names bring back such great memories. I think everyone's choices are great. we have been blessed at und. since we are talking fantasy teams I'd like to watch any of those combos seeing us beat the Gophers and after the game having a cool one at the original Whitey's and having a grinder from the Red Pepper at 1 a.m as I fall into bed
