I don't even hate Denver, it'll just be annoying because I envy their success.

Didn't think this merits an entire thread but anyone have a good UND Hockey playlist or songs to add to a playlist? Have a 5 hour drive late Wednesday night from Phoenix to Vegas I need to stay awake for.

Was lucky enough to upgrade seats so more or less selling these for just a smidge above face value to cover the "extra" I paid for the new seats in he lower bowl. So not trying to make a profit. (section 101, Row K)

More of a curiosity question - how would you rate Wolverine hockey as garnering people's/media attention in a sports-rich state like Michigan?

I would guess it's third behind FB and MBB. If WBB there ever takes off, it will get pushed down to fourth.

Yeah, that would specifically be University of Michigan's hierarchy.  I was talking about the overall state of Michigan / City of Detroit.  A lot of professional and college sports in Michigan, so wondering how much of a dent the Wolverines hockey team makes.

Only so much disposable income and free time for people to allocate. I imagine it has a harder time getting attention than UND hockey does in Grand Forks.

At this point in time, it feels like the NCHC is the only thing standing in the way of the B1G and total world domination.

Three straight football championships, by three different programs.   Women's hockey championship forever (I know, it's the WCHA, but it's the B1G teams winning it).  Women's basketball champion last night.  Decent chance at the men's championship tonight.

DU and UND need to slap them down Thursday.

I have a close friend who is a Western grad and a bunch who got graduate degrees at MSU.  All of them hate UMich, of course.   Feels to me like everyone who is not a life-long Yankees fan hates the Yankees.

You know that the SEC and ACC will have good years in the future in FB, MBB and WBB. The B1G isn't going to dominate all sports every year.

Fixed it for you.  Once Minnesota's asst. coach took the Head coaching job at OSU it seems to be Ohio st and Wisconsin.
