I'm not sure how it'd be possible NOT to have that take a massive toll on a father. I can't quite imagine going through that and as a higher profile person, heart went out to him. 3 3 Quote

Watching Ziemer and Mooney hog first line minutes with fourth line performance at the WJT told me he was catering to his Gopher players because things were not well in the Minnesota locker room. I've said that for a while. I've heard from some reliable sources that he doesn't treat the players great. I've had people blast back on my on Twitter that there is no way that is right. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't, I'm just sharing what I've heard. Sounds like he lost the locker room to me. The locker room isn't low on talent, and it wasn't just a bad year, it was historically bad! They are the most entitled people on campus. And college athletes are choir boys, Eagle scouts, Mother Teresa's? 1 Quote

The locker room isn't low on talent, and it wasn't just a bad year, it was historically bad! I just looked up some history to compare. The Gopher's record this season was 11-22-3. The last time UND had 11 or fewer wins was 1993-94 (11-23-4), which was Gino's last year. Prior to that it was 1974-75 which saw a record of 6-28-2. In the Gopher side, they have seen this few wins since 1971-72, which had a record of 8-24-0. So yeah, this year was "historically bad" for them. 1 Quote
