The NHL fixed that draft. How does a team that has never had the 1st overall pick and finishes last not get the 1st.

NHL needs the PWHL rules, once you are out you need to win to improve your odds.

No they need a draft like the NFL based on the worst record. Hockey players don’t tank. The lottery is not fair and makes people lose interest in the draft. Look how popular the NFL draft is. If the NFL was dumb enough to have a lottery it would not be as popular. The NHL and NBA can’t get out of their own way

That would be the best way, but they won't do it. How to stop tanking with a draft lottery, increase odds by winning when eliminated.

They have been outclassed in every respect in the first two games.  They definitely looked better tonight but you can't keep putting the Avs on the power play.  Kaprizov with a total bonehead play with a cross check right after the Wild got it to 4-2.
