Oh man that gets me excited. Command, Carels, and an older forward out of the portal would be a perfect haul in my opinion 1 Quote

He’s made tens of millions of dollars. What regret would he have? I hate how this is the name that always gets dropped in these discussions. Are we talking about the same Tyson Jost? 10s of millions? Didnt get sent down to the A? Did you fact check anything you wrote? Haha Quote

yzerman19 Posted Friday at 06:40 PM Posted Friday at 06:40 PM agreed...although if he took home call it $5M and wasn't dumb, he should be set for life. 1 Quote

I guess my thought that including him in these discussions isn’t that crazy. He obviously never should have left after 1 year. He made league minimums most of his career, has played in the A and should def be there this year. But he’s an NHLer for sure. Not trying to dog on him too much. Quote

Sometimes the right decision isn't the smart decision. 3 4 Quote

Regardless it's the AHL, NHL, or Europe, who are we as fans to say that this should cause regret? The college game IS special, but if Liver is ready to play pro, which he is, why wouldn't he? No chance he was making over a million. 2 Quote

Jost is an undersized forward that doesn’t have super speed and I’m not sure he would be anything what he is in the NHL whether he stayed or not. Anything either direction is pure speculation, which I guess is what we do on this board. 2 Quote

burd Posted Friday at 07:28 PM Posted Friday at 07:28 PM We’ve gone a little adrift here. I’m sure Jost, Parise and others would have benefitted from another semester or two of Shakespeare. 2 Quote

I doubt the Ruck twins return the WHL after the year they are having. UND definitely has room with only Simpson, Brock Schultz, and probably Ashton Schultz coming next year. Lots of flexibility with quite a bit of talent available. 1 Quote
