Yeah I don't think he's going anywhere, but what is the donor waiting for then?  UND also has a large single family donor and Jackson's annual salary is 350K less than Motzko as well.  UM will get who they want and vice versa and I don't think it's going to be him, you're safe in Kalamazoo.

I didn't realize that B1G uses students for the broadcast on BTN+ while NCHC uses tv and radio guys.

Thats cool they do that. I wonder if some of the NCHC schools would have difficulties finding students for the broadcast. 5/9 of the teams struggle to film the puck but I imagine with the Big Ten schools having large enrollments they can find plenty of students

Selfishly, happy to not really see his name out there but Smaby definitely could be an option for Minny. Not very likely but still maybe something to monitor. (the hope is he stays here and takes the reins from Jax down the line. If the Gopher job gets filled by others I think there are pretty few other opens that would entice him enough to leave UND. All of the blue blood coaching spots will be filled for the foreseeable future.)

I was listening to the GPL podcast and Cappy was talking about how the B1G shouldn't be using students to call games because people are paying for BTN/BTN+.

SCSU has students run it and as Geno and Rich call the games, I think ASU does with Cronkite students doing the production.
