gfhockey Posted Wednesday at 12:56 AM Posted Wednesday at 12:56 AM Would be interesting to know where the buyout money came from Quote

ChadR Posted Wednesday at 01:04 AM Posted Wednesday at 01:04 AM If Jax is the guy, lets change up the assistants. KEM pulled the trigger on the buyout and firing. She is getting ready to donate large $ for NIL and told Chaves BB had to go. Quote

Too lazy to look back on how you felt about Brewster. Well, with that history I am sure things will work out smoothly, or sometime within the first year expect you to be opening the Fire Jax thread! 1 Quote

AJS Posted Wednesday at 01:09 AM Posted Wednesday at 01:09 AM If it ends up being Jackson, the major frustration will be that this process seemed like a complete joke. Rumors started Monday that he was the frontrunner and haven’t stopped. If you read between the lines, Schlossman has been hinting for days it’s him. I would feel way better if after days and days of interviews and narrowing down the scope, Jackson was the guy. No issues. Either nobody applied or Chaves mailed it in. Crazy that apparently nobody could go head to head with Dane Jackson and his incredibly accomplished head coaching resume. 1 Quote

That's called incompetence and lack of planning. Chaves has run this department into the ground. Is that "pretty common practice" too? Maybe he'll stumble into making a good hire, but I don't have much confidence in that. Just curious what your experience in hiring is? Especially high level positions? And when you're just guessing on small portions of the information on what's going on inside the walls? The pretended expertise in this thread is hilarious. 1 Quote

siouxweet Posted Wednesday at 01:16 AM Posted Wednesday at 01:16 AM Could be Jackson, could be Blashill, could be Raboin, could be a dark horse nobody saw coming who knows. This thread is pure entertainment right now. Prediction: no matter who the HC is this team will win at least one game in the NCAA tournament next year. 3 1 Quote

Godsmack Posted Wednesday at 01:21 AM Posted Wednesday at 01:21 AM Just curious anyone’s thoughts on Kris Mayotte? He was name dropped in Schlossman’s article. I’m sure a long shot for a variety of reasons but it definitely caught my eye when I saw that. A dark horse for sure. 1 Quote
