Hutter isn't using NIL $$$ to get these recruits and no one knows for sure that any of them can play. He has 8 roster spots to fill and, in WBB, NIL is less of a thing than on the men's side.

Agree completely with Tom here, would like to see a RB (Especially since Brunell was out a bit in spring) and a TE. 
 

Defensively, a couple DT’s and inside backers will be needed as well.

Would think BYU would be a good choice with the #1 overall recruit. Maybe the fit wasn’t there but would be a fun year!

His great uncle Bob played his freshman year at BYU. Averaged 17ppg.  Transferred to UND midterm his Sophomore yr. Great guy. Very bright. Bachelors from UND and Masters from USD.  His work with Native youth in the Seattle School district is legendary. He was principal of a Native American School in the Seattle district. The last four years before he died at age 43 from a heart attack, their graduation rate was 100% and they all went on to college. 
He had completed his work for his doctorate including his dissertation when he passed away.

If Deng is getting a “bag” from Omaha, good for him. He had a couple good moments this year but majority of the time I preferred when he wasn’t on the floor. Maybe Crutch and KB can get more out of him.

Agreed. Should be able to find a suitable replacement for 6 and 4 in 20 minutes a game. Showed some flashes but disappeared quite a bit as well.
Hopefully he finds a nice role in Omaha and has a good final season.

I was a young teenager when Bob played at UND.  I had a cousin on the UND team and he introduced me to Bob at the 'meet the Sioux' event one year.  Bob couldn't have been nicer to me and my friends.

I just don’t know how this will work out well for Sather. What does he have to do this year to get an extension? Please leave the cry at a press conference joke out. I legitimately don’t know what will get him one. Maybe if the lack of perceived expectations is true then a .500 conference season would do it? Unless he pulls a few rabbits out of a hat, that seems like a stretch. 

I’ve said it before but I will say it again, if I was Paul Sather, I would have either called up Creighton and asked Greg if he could do me a solid and get me an assistant role or gone back to Northern State. Just doesn’t seem like he’s in a winnable situation here.

I mean he technically won a conference tournament game last year. If they go .500 in the Summit and win another conference tournament game I could see an extension happening. Right now I think Ryan Erickson is our starting center? There’s a lot of work to be done and not enough scholarships available that I’m aware of
