I would love Karl get the next head coaching gig here.  He is a program guy first and extremely hockey smart.  Bring in a new, younger look and maybe some new recruitment strategies.

It truly does look like the coaches have lost this team.   Doesn't even have to be locker room issues.   They just seem to be playing without direction.
