Spread them out, run some jet sweep, direct snap to the RB, quick pitch inside to a TE in motion. Darnold couldn't hit water from a boat and his play calling sucked. red zone=tight end zone hock nowhere to be found....just like und's te's for the last x amount of years Quote
Wilbur Posted January 10 Author Posted January 10 Probably the right call to keep the focus in LA on the fires and helping people vs. a football game. Hopefully the NFL makes some kind of donation to the cause, they normally do something for victims of disasters. Quote
The Sicatoka Posted January 10 Posted January 10 Did the NFL kinda admit a 14-3 team shouldn't have to go onto an opponent's home field? Quote

SiouxFan100 Posted January 11 Posted January 11 I think the wildfires is a legitimate excuse to move the game 3 Quote

rochsioux Posted January 11 Posted January 11 NFC seeding: 1. Detroit 15-2 2. Philadelphia 14-3 3. Tampa 10-7 4. LA 10-7 5. Minnesota 14-3 6. Washington 12-5 7. Green Bay 11-6 All three wildcards have better records than two division winners. The NFL needs to do better. Giving home field to teams that win poor divisions is a joke. Home field is too big of an advantage to give it to teams that didn’t earn it during the regular season. i would suggest a point system where a win is worth two points, a tie is one point and winning a division is worth a three point bonus. Under that system the seeding would be: 1. Detroit 15-2 33 points 2. Philadelphia 14-3 31 points 3. Minnesota 14-3 28 points 4. Washington 12-5 24 points 5. Tampa 10-7 23 points 6. LA 10-7 23 points 7. Green Bay 11-6 22 points For the most part home field advantage in the other major sports is irrelevant because the playoffs are a best of seven (usually) series. Quote
Kab Posted January 11 Posted January 11 For those that remember , this is where Vikings go in their shell Quote
Wilbur Posted January 13 Author Posted January 13 Green Bay losing officially dooms the Vikings to Detroit or Philly if (and that's a big time if) they win. I'll pretend that the Bucs knock off the young Commanders. Back to Detroit. I cant imagine the Vikings taking the road to the super bowl. Just no way..... Quote

fightingsioux4life Posted January 13 Posted January 13 I think Detroit remains the favorite in the NFC. The AFC will come down to the Chiefs, Ravens or Bills. Quote

rochsioux Posted January 14 Posted January 14 O’Connell is very overrated as an offensive play caller. Quote
Wilbur Posted January 14 Author Posted January 14 The last two weeks KOC has been an atrocious. Give the play calling to someone else Kevin. Mullens has to start the 2nd half. Has too. Quote

SiouxFanatic Posted January 14 Posted January 14 Well I hope this means Vikings won’t be selling the farm to keep Darnold. Two big games(DET and this one) at end of season and he has been absolutely atrocious when it really matters. Quote
