Water wet. There are so many more people around the US Capitol on any given day, and yet no reports. Might it be lack of protocols and testing. NBC Washington says ... yes. Quote But there are no social distancing requirements. Nor are there testing requirements or screening protocols for staff, journalists or members of Congress. Say ... what? As I've said, the Speaker is responsible for operations of the Capitol. The Speaker should explain this. No testing == no positives.

Point out where he said he cured himself? I saw a quote where he said the medical community has a much better understanding of Covid and people shouldn’t live in fear of it, which isn’t really wrong but goes against what the democrats and media would like anyone to believe. I wonder what the democratic message will be when they decide it's time to move on from this too. If Biden wins, at some point they're going to dial back all restrictions and it'll be before a vaccine is widely available. Will people call them liars then or will they say Biden handled it so much better? Testing will decrease and "cases will drop". How people can't see what's happening is amazing to me.

I wonder, if and when some of the Democrats start testing positive for COVID-19 @heydouche1 will be as jovial? It's just a matter of time. it's not like the virus can determine if you're a Republican or Democrat, or a rioter... If it was, that would really be a smart virus.

He's getting ripped for the high case counts.

Zero chance they roll back restrictions? I have to disagree. They know this can't go on forever and the minute they are in power and things "get better", they get to play the hero. It'll be incredibly hypocritical and impossible to explain away, but people will buy it anyway. Biden wins and is inaugurated at the end of January, we'll go through another round of lockdowns for two weeks and testing will be decreased at the same time. Cases will "drop" and people will blame Trump and say that Biden is a hero. Coronavirus will be gone by March 2021 with no vaccine in place. The narrative will shift to herd immunity and "other strains" as the vaccine becomes available and people will still line up to get it. 1
The Sicatoka Posted October 9, 2020 Posted October 9, 2020 Look at states controlled by Democrat governors. There's the model of what ... the Harris administration with Joe Biden ... would do. 2

Most are COVID fatigued already. Some here on this thread obviously would love that but that would be a reckless directive.

But you guys don't think it's a temporary play by those states to push the "Trump did this" narrative? That's my assessment of the situation and I see them using Trump as a scapegoat once he's gone. If things all of a sudden get better under Biden it's incredibly easy to put all of the deaths on Trump and say "if we only had true leadership at the top when this started it would have all been avoided." I see it getting immediately better if Biden is elected because they will no longer be pushing for lockdowns in democratically controlled states and municipalities. 1

Hopefully that's the case but you do know the who the governors in CA, WA, MN, WI, MI, NJ and NY are....just to name a few? Most people in MI would be happy to just plant grass next spring. In CA not having to put a mask back on between bites of food at a restaurant while eating outdoors. 1

But if they continue the lockdowns following a Biden win, they would be forced to take ownership of it personally. Right now, they have the perfect scapegoat for their followers.
