We still do turnovers (at least 13 so far) this game against a bigger and stronger Marquette team.

5-8 from 3 however.  That's a very nice change of pace.

Overall a great first half! Down by only Eight at half. Marquette is pretty good.

Marquette was 24-8 last year, have 3 starters returning including a First Team All-Big East player.  We have more turnovers than we would like but are hanging in there very well with four important players not available.  Have they said what the issue is - COVID?

I believe all but Borowicz.  Since Kacie is on the bench according to Tom

Really miss not having Leet's 6'6" presence on the inside.  Great effort so far.

Defense still optional but scoring looks good.

They lose 90-82 but there is a lot to like from today.  If they can continue their improved shooting and take care of the ball a little better they will be a tough unit on offense.  

I'm a little more optimistic after today.  Good heart from a shorthanded team.

I too am more optimistic after today. We battled. Marquette is going to win a lot of games this year.

winter will be more fun if our bb teams play well.

Was fun to watch today. Need more from Keplin. Borowicz will be a major contributor. Manson is a Steve Kerr type.

Great effort. Were down by 18 early 4th and kept battling. Considering only 8 players, missing likely starters, and not ever quitting, I'd say this is a great start.

I did see a post somewhere that they got it up and running midway through the second half. I guess I had quit trying by then.

The CDC came out with new guidelines for isolation that may allow the girls that missed the game Sunday to be available for the games in Montana.

Watched the women play Montana State today on Pluto. Our guard play is not very good. Turnovers, missed 3 pointers, and some shaky defense. Our forwards played well: Fleecs and Zander.  Juliet Gordon played well.  She took the ball to the hole with authority.

This team needs to find a coach who understands defense. Getting old watching the matador thing.

Officiating appeared to be attrociously one-sided.  Our play wasn't much better.
