Great things going where he is, very well established in many different hockey communities and on a personal note, he's a good guy that knows where he fits best. I was going to add that at first too, B1G has the money but that taps right into the personal note that I had. He doesn't need it to be a quality coach and he's proven that year over year at UMD.
