brianvf Posted February 12, 2017 Posted February 12, 2017 Hate them to the death, but Shaw needs to take some tips from the UMN (and SCSU) PP. Always seem to have great PP %'s, regardless of if it is a down year or not for them. Quote

Frozen4sioux Posted February 12, 2017 Posted February 12, 2017 Gophers down 3 at home in a game against a lesser ranked team they have to beat....especially after losing to them the night before.... I'm kinda shocked they only got the 6 Pover plays.... 1 1 Quote

No doubt the refs were impartial/unbiased and not pressured by the tv powers to be sure to help out in the Goofers cause. My God, the wolves guarding the hen house. 1 1 Quote

Now 2nd all-time in NCAA scoreless streak (he passed Cam's number from last year tonight). Pretty impressive. He can break the NCAA record next Friday against Mankato. Brad is getting !@#$ for his tweet on this and he kind of deserves it. Wisconsin women's goalie Desbiens has the record at 8 straight shutouts, that's going to be hard to beat for either men's and women's. 1 1 Quote

They need to find a little discipline too if they want to be a tournament team. Don't know how they could really argue any of the calls, maybe the last major could have been a minor instead. They were more worried about putting Gophers through the boards whether it was legal or not than winning the game and it cost them against a team with a very good powerplay. Quote
