Dagger
I forgot about the game tonight. It sounded exciting. Can we pull up a replay of it on Ever Sport?
Dustin
Is Fraase hurt or is she redshirting this year?I asked coach Pryor this, and he is planning to redshirt her. He says there's a logjam at her position now anyways, and the extra year will help her adjust to the speed of the college game.
Smoggy
Not going to lie, but I was kind of disappointed with this match. I don't think either team would say they played well. Green Bay really struggled to handle serves. But they got a hand on everything we hit at net. Granted they were good at that, but we didn't seem to ever unload on a spike. Some seemed to be the sets and some seemed to be the hitters. Also Green Bay seemed to keep us off balance on our blocks as we were trying to go one on one a lot.BTW I don't think I saw this here, but Green Bay has already beaten Cal and UNLV. They were serving and spiking towards Courtney Place a lot, making the 6'2" hitter take the bump rather than our excellent (and much shorter) defensive specialists (Hart, Clarke). I'm guessing the strategy there is that it would get her out of rhythm from her spiking game, or even force Griffin to set to someone else. Place did have the kill of the night, in my opinion, towards the very end of the fifth set. Absolutely crushed a cut shot from the left side. It was a message to Green Bay that "You're not gonna win this game, and here's what I'm doing about it!"
Teeder11
UND takes set 1 over Drake, 25-22. UND was playing timid until Pryor took a TO and chewed them out a little. "I freak'n warned you," he said to them. Edited September 11, 2015 by Teeder11

Big Green
Are you streaming it? My stream is not working as well as last year. I am trying to figure out if it is eversport or on my end.I was streaming today's match and it was awful. I hope this gets fixed before our first road Big Sky football game or it will be very disappointing. One of the great things about being in the Big Sky is being able to watch all road games on the web.

I have my doubts about it getting fixed. http://board.uscho.com/showthread.php?113314-New-WCHA-TV-Will-it-be-better-then-the-last

SiouxVolley
Isn't USD usually pretty decent?USD lost their 6 4" middle, so they are a pretty average team now.Massey had the teams ranked in power:1. UND2. Green Bay3. Drake4. USD5. Jacksonville StLooks like that's the way it came down. Idaho St and N Ariz look to be the powers to beat in the Sky. SiouxVolley
Only team that could be close this weekend may be the Billikens. Tn-Martin, Ark-Pine Bluff, and SC-Upstate should be cakewalks, or this team is in trouble with the Big Sky conference starts.
