sioux rube Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 This will be an interesting Open considering the quirky course they are playing. Some big scores can be had on some holes. I'm going with a dark horse. I think Kuchar gets his first major with a score of -2. Here is to hoping North Dakota native Tom Hoge can make the cut. Tiger is at 60-1 odds of winning it. Not gonna happen. Quote

Fairways don't look very good, and they're saying that the greens are the same as the fairways, maybe cut just a hair shorter. They have to mark the greens with small white dots so players know if they're on the green or not! Should be interesting. Quote
Oxbow6 Posted June 18, 2015 Posted June 18, 2015 This is a links course..........in the US. A European will win it. Quote

NoiseInsideMyHead Posted June 19, 2015 Posted June 19, 2015 Woods is mentally gone. Ugly ugly golf. Not to be too morbid, but the first time Fox broadcast a NASCAR race, one of the sport's biggest superstars died on the track. Quote
sioux rube Posted June 19, 2015 Author Posted June 19, 2015 Woods makes this weekend hacker feel pretty good after seeing him skull this fairway wood. https://vine.co/v/ei5KVUIgmFZ Quote

sioux rube Posted June 21, 2015 Author Posted June 21, 2015 Pulling for Day to win this thing, that is if he makes it through the entire day without a bout of vertigo. To have that in the back of your head and then to battle a golf course that is just nasty would be one hell of a feat. Quote
sioux rube Posted June 22, 2015 Author Posted June 22, 2015 DJ for an eagle putt to win it on 18. A birdie and we have an 18 hole playoff tomorrow with Spieth. Quote
sioux rube Posted June 22, 2015 Author Posted June 22, 2015 That is what you call a choke job. Spieth back to back major winner. Wow. Quote
NoiseInsideMyHead Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 That is what you call a choke job. From coke to choke. The Dustin Johnson Story. Quote
siouxforcefans Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 Crazy as those greens were - the entire course, really - I won't call it a choke. Spieth almost blew it with a 3 put of his own, and it took 4 days to get to that point with lots of missed opportunities for everyone who played. Quote
MafiaMan Posted June 22, 2015 Posted June 22, 2015 From coke to choke. The Dustin Johnson Story. I'm sure Paulina helped cure his ailments last night... Quote
