cberkas Posted February 5, 2016 Author Posted February 5, 2016 The B1G has handed out 12 supplementary disciplines this season, of that 12 only 3 were a 2-game suspension. Quote
GFG Posted February 5, 2016 Posted February 5, 2016 They're pretty lenient on first time offenders. I'm not sure a 1st time offender has ever gotten more than one game in the B1G. Quote
fargosioux Posted February 5, 2016 Posted February 5, 2016 Lots of college hockey to watch tonight if you have Directv with the sports package: St. Cloud/Miami Providence/Maine Lake Superior/Michigan Tech Colorado College/Duluth Michigan State/Michigan Cornell/Quinnipiac Penn State/UMTC Quote

Was it guy from Michigan that punched an Ohio State player while they were on the ground or the other way around? Either way that got only 1 game. I know that Penn State hit looks deliberate and probably is, but he can always say it was an accident. Can't say the same thing when you punch a guy who is down with a ref between the two of you. cberkas Posted February 6, 2016 Author Posted February 6, 2016 How the Michigan player didn't get a 5 for elbow to the head beats me. Quote
AlphaMikeFoxtrot Posted February 6, 2016 Posted February 6, 2016 Mariucci looks about as filled in as the Big Ten tourney at the X was. Can't imagine how many heads would roll if that happened at the Ralph. Quote
UND-RedSox fan Posted February 6, 2016 Posted February 6, 2016 Michigan State goal on a penalty shot. 1-0 Quote
cberkas Posted February 6, 2016 Author Posted February 6, 2016 Michigan State scores on a penalty shot 1-0 Duluth got away with a possible 5. Quote
UND-RedSox fan Posted February 6, 2016 Posted February 6, 2016 Michigan State allows the exact same pass 3 times in a row but the goalie comes up big for them. MSU penalty kill looks terrible. Quote

I completely agree. He unloaded a punch on a player that was defenseless because he was subdued by the official. One game for that is ridiculous. Doesn't that set the precedent that full on fighting would be a one game suspension if it's your first suspension? 1 Quote
Let'sGoHawks! Posted February 6, 2016 Posted February 6, 2016 The mighty Nittany Lions are in town and Mariucci is quiet and has a ton of empty seats. Yuck. Quote

Cratter Posted February 6, 2016 Posted February 6, 2016 Duluth reminds me of UND the past years...constantly out shoot your opponent to lose by two goals. Quote
