MafiaMan Posted March 1, 2015 Author Posted March 1, 2015 I am so thankful that UND doesn't have the ugly sweaters that Notre Dame has. Haven't seen those before...I should be appalled at those uniforms, but strangely enough, I kinda like 'em. Quote

brianvf Posted March 1, 2015 Posted March 1, 2015 PWR now has MSUM back at #1 after their win over MTU. MSUM and UND are tied in RPI. Not sure if the remaining couple of games will have any impact on that. Quote
MafiaMan Posted March 1, 2015 Author Posted March 1, 2015 CC loses in OT 6-5. Just kidding, Godsmack! Quote
brianvf Posted March 1, 2015 Posted March 1, 2015 Also shows UMD, Miami, and UNO as #3, 4, and 5 in the PWR...along with DU at 8. After getting swept, SCSU slips to #17 and out. Quote
brianvf Posted March 1, 2015 Posted March 1, 2015 CC 5, WMU 0 FINAL DU 6, Miami 2 FINAL UND locks up a share of the Penrose! Quote

brianvf Posted March 1, 2015 Posted March 1, 2015 Whose pairwise is updated quickest? CHN for me. And now UND is back at #1 in the PWR! RPI of .5926 vs .5921 for MSUM. The DU/Miami game final must have flipped it back. Quote

NoiseInsideMyHead Posted March 1, 2015 Posted March 1, 2015 Love 'em or hate 'em, shootouts matter. Omaha has picked up the equivalent of a win by going 3-for-3, while Duluth has lost an entire game in the standings by going 0-for-3. In the crazy NCHC, this could be the difference between home ice for the first round and hitting the road. Quote
cberkas Posted March 6, 2015 Posted March 6, 2015 I've never seen an arena close off lower level seating at a game before. Ohio State has the lower level closed right behind their net. I used to think that maybe the formation of the BIG Hockey conference would bring more interest to OSU hockey as opposed to the CCHA but so far that hasn't come close to happening. The other 5 members have good fan support but not OSU. Quote
