Not sure what benefit UND or SDSU would provide the PAC when the PAC could just raid the MWC. The Montana's at least conceptually make sense.

In this day and age it’s not hard to fly to most sites

at least you can charter into grand forks

not Pullman Washington , or vermillion or bookings 

it’s all about the dollars

not sure how big a TV market Washington state has 

‘it’s also about perception, what do pac 12 schools think of UND, sdsu or the Montana schools, they dont

alledgedly ndac turned down a cusa full member offer that eventually went to Missouri state but they declined bc it was "untenable"...or something...

get umass from the MAC

get cusa up to 16 fb teams...8 west and 8 east with 4 pods of 4

northwest=und/sdac/Montana/idaho

southwest=nmsu/Tarleton/Sam Houston/missouri state

mideast=western Kentucky/mtsu/Jax state/kennesaw state

east=Delaware/umass/liberty/fiu

add men's hockey with und and umass  as anchors (I think Liberty has a team and a decent venue (better than Jan brady's dump)

add lax with Delaware and UMass as anchors (I think Missouri state and liberty have good club teams) (Utah and air force are potential targets as affils)

would be 2nd conference with all 4 major sports (baseball, 1a football, basketball, and hockey) +lax (big10) and the only one with the big 4 + lax+women's bowling!!!)
