Would be a huge mistake if it doesn’t get done. That land will sit unused for decades generating zero tax revenue. 

Makes it way more appealing to visit UND/Grand Forks with the guys for sporting events.  The indoor simulators at the mall are something I'd never go to.... not direct competition imo.  Will potentially even help the simulator business by introducing more people to the game.

SHOULD be an easy yes vote, especially after UND was forced to downsize the apartment project and seperate the buildings.
