atxsioux Posted Monday at 10:38 PM Posted Monday at 10:38 PM With Schultz likely coming in next year I'm curious if UND designated at least 2 players as "cut" players that are grandfathered in and don't count against the 26 man scholarship roster? If they were to do it to try and gain max roster flexibility I'm assuming they'd pick one sophomore D and one sophomore forward. That way they'd in theory be able to have 28 players on teams for at least 2025, 2026, and 2027. (then by the time 2028 arrives who knows, roster limits could be expanded by then anyway - 26 is a slim roster if your team gets banged up throughout the year) Quote
