I am guessing it is going to be much like the Vegas game. They will leave aside a few for the general public, but they wil be gone in 10 seconds!

The same people complaining about the tickets for these games being to high will be the same people complaining on September 1st when these tickets sell out in 30 seconds. If the price is too high, then there should be plenty available when you go to buy them that day, right?!!

Sidenote, but this is one thing that I really hate hearing. Continuing to call UND the "Sioux" and choosing not accept anything Fighting Hawks does not make you a more hardcore fan than anyone else. We were all Sioux fans once. Accepting the Fighting Hawks name does not make of any less of a fan. That being said, Changing the name of siouxsports.com is not going to diminish this wbsite and make it not as popular. It will always be a great place for UND fans to discuss everything UND sports related.

Disagree. Joe Frat Boy may only be there to hang out with his Sig Ep brothers with no real intention to go to the game. If there is a table right there at the student lot handing out tickets, he and several others may be more apt to attend the game now. Doesn't really matter if he only stays at halftime. You have exposed UND football to people that may not have intended to that day. Joe Frat Guy could realize that UND football is a fun experience and he would be more likely to attend future games and even bring a couple of his buddies. Its all about exposing UND football to new fans. That is one of the goals every year. Making games more accessible to fans (especially students) is a good thing and I am all in favor of it.

The black jerseys has served as a great alternate jersey to the home white and the road greens. But, I would be in favor of seeing an alternate gray jersey. Worked well for the football team IMO. Just a thought.

More pictures in the concourses. Current and former players as well as big moments in UND football history. More green flags, banners, etc inside and outside the Alerus. Basically make the Alerus look like the home of UND football.

Literally done at every college campus around the country. Every school has their "premier games" that they can justify selling at a higher price because they know they will sell. And like others have said, if you can get a ticket for $99 for this game, jump on it!! Secondary market is going to be insane!!

Totally agree. It has worked for Boston College. Same is true for us as well.

Eastern has a good chance to start the season 0-2. @ Texas Tech and NDSU at home is definitely not going to be an easy way to start the season!!

Not sure what else would be better given the options. It's either the script or the logo on the front of the jersey.

Probably pretty accurate mock ups of the jerseys. I don't know if the script will be curved like oyu have it in the picture as it isn't like that for the basketball jerseys. We will see. That being said.....I wonder when we will see what the new jerseys will look like?

I wasn't calling you our specifically. Was speaking in general terms. Sorry for the confusion. That being said, there are people that feel that way. And UND does not need to cater to those who are never going to change their opinions on the issue. My point is UND does not need to cater to those people. If you are offended by seeing the Fighting Hawks name and logo, than maybe you should change what college team you cheer for, because the name and logo are not going anywhere.
