Trying to see the silver lining for a season that has so much promise but has turned into a total disaster. Yes we had injuries beyond what any thought was imagineable. We had guys put into starting roles that were at least a year or two from being ready. So, does giving guys game experience before when they are freshmen and sophomores help them moving forward? Will being thrown into roles early in their career help them be better prepared and make them better in the long run? just trying to salvage some positives from this season!

How do you decline that penalty?!!!!!

Give it to a running back or a fullback 2 straight times. You telling me they can’t get a half yard?!!! Rudy is god awful and needs to be fired. Just awful play calling.

Big 10 matchup between 2 ranked teams with an enrollment of over 50,000 students and Michigan St can’t even fill their student section. Sure it’s a noon start locally. But still. Shows that student attendance problems are prevelant all over the country.

So the last time we had this few of NHL draft picks was the last time we missed the playoffs. As noted by Scholls we also have had fewer than this year and have won it all. But that doesn't change the fact that we are going to miss they typical high end, go to line to provide the team with that extra spark when we need it. Depth is good, and I am all about having the better matchups on the 3rd and 4th lines. But it will deffinitely be a battle competing with the top lines of teams like Denve and St Cloud. Definitely a new style of UND hockey that we are not typically used to. It will take tiem to adjust, but if we can roll 4 lines at a high level with little drop off from top to bottom, we are going to be a very tough team to beat.

UND announced within a week that they were going to offer FCOA. A decision like that doesn't get announced as a knee jerk reaction because it is what NDSU did. Sure NDSU announcing when they did most likey pushed up the date UND was going to make their announcement, but UND was plannig on offering FCOA when NDSU made their announcement. Thinking that UND decided in 2 days to do it is ridiculous.

I am thinking back in 2010 when they were selling replica Sioux jerseys in the Sioux Shop for around $100. Should have invested in buying like 100 of them. Could have a doubled my investment easily!!!

Thanks random Bison fan guy, but I really could care less about what you and other Bison fans think about what UND's attendance should be. But hey, thanks for your fair weather/bandwagon thoughts!!

Gotta love fair weather fans!! Wait....I mean fake fans. If you were a real fan of UND football before the USD game, you are still a fan today. I choose to be a fan of UND through the good times and the bad. From winning the National Championship in 2001, to losing to Sioux falls at home, and every game in between. If the win by 34 or lose by 38, I will still support this team the same. Others have the same line of thinking. Just wish there weren't so many that don't.

The new jersey script on the jerseys is much better IMO. It's not a huge change, but that little bit of character to the lettering adds a lot.

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but didn't it used to be a penalty if you celebrated like the USD running back did before he gets in the end zone? Unsportsmanlike conduct and a 15 us penalty from where he celebrated.

The last time we played the Bison at the Alerus in 2003 the attendance was 12267. I assume that has to be near the top for attendance for a game.
