Pretty obvious the QB battle comes down to JTJ or Jerry. Jerry has the experience working under Isaac. But, JTJ wasn't brought in here not to compete for QB1. JTJ is the most athletic QB in the room, but Jerry is showing in camp he may be the most accurate passer. I am rooting for Jerry, but if JTJ outperforms in camp and wins the jpb, I am OK with that too.

Schmidt didn't bring JTJ in because he wanted a experienced backup. JTJ will compete with Jerry for the QB1 job. Jerry has been in the system and has worked with Isaac, so he may have a slight edge. But JTJ is super athletic and was recruited to an FBS team. Should be a goof battle. Needs to be one of those two guys. Don't want there to be any surprises in late August when QB1 is announced.

New Coach, new defensive scheme, likely new QB.....yeah we are ranked where we probably should be. Could win anywhere for 3 games to 8 games!! We will wait and see I guess.

With the NFL schedules coming out tomorrow, had me thinking when we will see the home football kickoff times for 2025 announced. Last year it was announced May 3rd. Hoping for at least one 6pm kickoff time like they did last year for the home opener.

Saw him play this last weekend actually at the MNBCA All Star games. Heck of a a ball handler. Point guard of the future! Not sure why it took so long to comit. He is a Senior this year.

He is from Hopkins High School. He was an MNBCA All Star and McDonald Award finalist (top 10 player in Minnesota)

One and done only 2 years. Berry in 10 years (this year included) has missed the tournament 3 times (potentially 4 this year) and has 4 first round exits. 4 of his 5 NCAA tournament wins came in the 2016 Championship year. Since 2016, he has had 1 playoff win. Berry couldn't hold Hakstols jockstrap when he was a baby!! Absolutely unacceptable results compared to his processor. I miss the good old days when we bitched about losing in the Frozen Four. How I long for those days again!!

Play of the game was the Lance catch on 3rd down when the Cats had all the momentum getting it to a 3 point game. The Miller long run was huge too. But that’s what these games come down to sometimes. A handful of plays by either team.
