Saw some flashes from Weir as well. Tai didn’t dress today but we kind of know what we will get from him and Hoskins. Silvernale hit a long FG today. Wonder if he will handle that for the year, which would allow Riffle to redshirt. As what has been said before, we are going to see better red zone efficiency with Danny. I think him and Jerry are going to be a really good pairing. Defensively there was consistent pressure today. With how quick Schmidt turned this side of the ball around last year, I’ve got a feeling this group is gonna be really good. 1 Quote

Deng Deng, Caleb Goodloe, made big plays. Weir and Hoskins were noticeable, super quick. The line looked pretty solid. RB wise, minus one fumble, the RB’s had some big holes to run through but also some impressive explosive plays and that position looks Deeeeep. Chuck Lagama looks dangerous, if he hangs on to the ball. There was also two TE touchdowns so here is to hoping. Defensively we looked pretty solid. Deep on the line. Got beat a few times in the secondary but that looked like some communication stuff with the new db’s. Rucker looks huge. Eric Peaye looks legit. MLB looks like they had an up and down day so still some wait and see there. All in all thought they looked pretty good. Great crowd and energy! 4 3 Quote
