I'm not sure how it'd be possible NOT to have that take a massive toll on a father. I can't quite imagine going through that and as a higher profile person, heart went out to him. 4 7 Quote

Watching Ziemer and Mooney hog first line minutes with fourth line performance at the WJT told me he was catering to his Gopher players because things were not well in the Minnesota locker room. I've said that for a while. I've heard from some reliable sources that he doesn't treat the players great. I've had people blast back on my on Twitter that there is no way that is right. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't, I'm just sharing what I've heard. Sounds like he lost the locker room to me. The locker room isn't low on talent, and it wasn't just a bad year, it was historically bad! The locker room isn't low on talent, and it wasn't just a bad year, it was historically bad! I just looked up some history to compare. The Gopher's record this season was 11-22-3. The last time UND had 11 or fewer wins was 1993-94 (11-23-4), which was Gino's last year. Prior to that it was 1974-75 which saw a record of 6-28-2. In the Gopher side, they have seen this few wins since 1971-72, which had a record of 8-24-0. So yeah, this year was "historically bad" for them. 4 Quote

He then ran off with Sacha’s girl, Betty Childs. 4 3 Quote

You were in a frat and paid for your friends or B. A college athlete stole your girlfriend. Either way, basing someone's "attitude" because of an off campus fight means nothing. 1 Quote
thUNDer Posted March 19 Posted March 19 Wrong, fight was on campus in the front yard of said Frat house & there was video. Quote

brianvf Posted yesterday at 05:17 AM Posted yesterday at 05:17 AM Hagens from BC signs an ATO with Boston and will start in the AHL. Kind of an odd move, but he still could technically go back to BC. Doubt that would happen though. Quote

We don't have to like the Gophers to know that it is still a premier place to play and coach and the money would certainly be there. But the U also comes with a lot of bad alumni and administrate pressure and input. Whatever, I'm glad we have our coach! 1 Quote
