Sodbuster Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 Aw, pleeeeeeeeze, one more hint?! (It's a slow day. I need some excitement and stimulation) Quote
SIOUXELEVENS Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 I tried I think we just have to wait it out Quote
Walsh Hall Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 From the phrasing my guess is little Toews Quote
I Ranger Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 From the phrasing my guess is little Toews I don't know about that. To me and probably to alot of other people on this board little Toews wouldn't be a surprise. My guess it is someone else. But I would be extremely happy if it is Toews. Quote
SIOUXELEVENS Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 Toews-Nash-Gregoire-Lamoureux-Blood, how do you keep SiouxSports posters in suspense Quote
747Guy Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 How about a hint as to what league he is playing in now? BCHL, USHL, Prep? Quote
Chuck Schwartz Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 I would think that it would end up being a 2007 recruit, ie Brueneteau since the signing period just opened Quote
I Ranger Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 Toews-Nash-Gregoire-Lamoureux-Blood, how do you keep SiouxSports posters in suspense You can scratch Lamoureux off of that list. But the rest is pretty good. Quote
USA Hockey Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 You can scratch Lamoureux off of that list. But the rest is pretty good. Depends which one you're talking about, Cam Lamoureux hasn't signed anywhere yet and is the number 2 recruit out of the AJHL. Quote
I Ranger Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 Oh yeah I forgot about him. I guess because I don't know a whole lot about him. Quote
Walsh Hall Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 Hak's message said x-mas tree, and under the tree (family tree, David younger than Jon?), and excited with first bike (jon) which could imply that this will be the second. I'm sure I'm reading to much into it, but I'm bored. Quote
SIOUXELEVENS Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 Were you the second gunman on the grassy knoll , lots of black suv's in your neighborhood Quote
oldralph Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 Hak's message said x-mas tree, and under the tree (family tree, David younger than Jon?), and excited with first bike (jon) which could imply that this will be the second. I'm sure I'm reading to much into it, but I'm bored. I didn't go back and re-read Hak's message I'm just reading from this, but if it had somehing to do with a bike, wouldn't it be a Murray (bike)? As in Brady's little bro! Quote
747Guy Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 Yeah but when I ride my bike and fall I get a road rash and that sounds like Nash to me..... Quote
GeauxSioux Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 If this already been posted... sorry. [url=http://www.fightingsioux.com/sports/mhockey/release.asp?RELEASE_ID=5308]UND men Quote
roper1313 Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 After reading the last page of posts I hit my head on my keyboard so hard my eyes started to...... Must be blood. Quote
redwing77 Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 We're so desperate we're starting to make puns? Oy. Quote
Sioux Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 holy crap...i think everyone is reading into the "TREE" message from hakfan. the only thing that i am thinking is that it is a real quality recruit...maybe erik johnson is transferring to UND!? i would honestly guess nash or bruneteau. not blood, hes a dman(we are full of d for next year). time will tell. Quote
driscol Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 I'm going with Tyler Gron who happens to play for the SPRUCE Grove Saints... Quote

We're getting pretty full at forward too IMO. Gone for sure: Porter Fabian Maybe gone: Toews Oshie Coming in for sure: Trupp Hamilton Malone Hextall And we already have great competition for that 3rd/4th line. I can only imagine how much better the competition would be if we brought in another forward for 07. Quote
The Sicatoka Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 I'm thinking the Christmas reference was a ruse and you've all been played like a stereotypical dumb blonde in some bad movie. With sincere apologies to all blondes, I need a more non-blonde shade around here. Please. PS - brianvf, you forgot Scott Foyt. Quote

AZSIOUX Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 i say its one of these 4 for sure. which one?? who the hell knows but any one of these will be GREAT, and i really see us grabbing 2 of these 4 guys gregoire, toews, nash, Bruneteau Quote

Really, I hope it's either Gregoire or Nash because I think Toews will come to UND for sure. My wishlist for this recruit in order would be 1. Nash 2. Gregoire 3. Gron 4. Cam Lamoureux 5. Toews (again for the reason I put above) Quote
