from the little that Jax has spoken (if i can read between the lines)  seems that the claims that he and BB had a differnt view of what should be going on with the hockey program may be correct

Again, Wilbur from SS.com

Dane, the program throws around the word "culture" a lot....a lot.  Heck, you just mentioned it.  Would you agree with the statement that the culture of our program is in one of the worst places it's ever been?  Follow up, is that a reason we never saw a #full60?

Coach just took a shot or two at the players the leave for money or don’t want to be there. Nice!

seems like the new coaches are all making it very clear that they dont want you if youre just here as a stepping stone

Well, the one coach, but im not sure is of thew stepping stone aspect but more of they dont want players who are there for the ammenities or money along the way.

I take it as uber talentedkids who want to come here to be the best they can and get to the next place are more than welcome

He also talked about watching the coaches Geno and Blais head out on the road to Sask, Manitoba and Minnesota to recruit the next day. Also, a message.

So trying to hide the NODAK trademark fiasco took precedent over recruiting?

There were a lot of messages from today's introductory press conference.

Thought it was interesting that he mentioned Berry as one of the coaches he thanked, but when he was talking about coaches and culture, Berry wasn't mentioned with the other coaches that time around.  Very telling.

I must have missed his Berry reference.

From what I have been told BB thought the program would run itself just with the history of it and he didn't have to keep up with the times of the new era of NCAA athletics. Dane had different ideas, but it was ultimately BBs decision.

Exactly my thoughts, I always thought it seemed it was an era of being a passenger to the culture instead of active participation
